Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not do when using ClipFlow, including uploads, generated outputs, platform access, and infrastructure usage.

1. Lawful use only

You may use ClipFlow only for lawful purposes and only with media, prompts, and account activity you are authorized to use.

2. Prohibited content

You may not upload, process, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, exploitative, abusive, sexually illegal, or designed to harass, defame, impersonate, or mislead others.

This includes non-consensual deepfakes, deceptive political content, or media intended to impersonate real individuals for malicious, fraudulent, or manipulative purposes.

3. Platform abuse

You may not attempt to overload the service, bypass rate limits, automate abuse, scrape restricted endpoints, reverse engineer protected components, or use the platform in ways that create disproportionate infrastructure or fraud risk.

4. Rights and permissions

You are responsible for ensuring that your source media, logos, voices, likenesses, and branding materials do not violate third-party rights, contracts, platform rules, or privacy laws.

5. Enforcement

We may remove content, restore credits at our discretion, suspend generations, block abuse patterns, or terminate accounts that violate this policy or create legal, operational, or security risk.
