1. Acceptance of terms

By using ClipFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use the platform only for lawful business or personal purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Credits, subscriptions, and billing

Some features require paid subscriptions or prepaid credits. Prices, credit requirements, and plan limits may change prospectively. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable after successful delivery of digital services.

By clicking Generate, Buy, Start Checkout, or any equivalent purchase or rendering action, you explicitly request the immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once digital content processing or credit consumption has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to process unlawful content, infringing material, abusive or deceptive media, malware, or content that violates third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform or infrastructure.

5. User content and generated output

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process source media. Subject to applicable law and third-party provider terms, you retain rights in your input content, and ownership of generated outputs is intended to remain with you once payment obligations are met.

6. Service availability

ClipFlow is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, introduce limits, or perform maintenance without liability for ordinary downtime or provider interruptions.

We do not guarantee that generated output will meet specific artistic, aesthetic, commercial, or editorial expectations, or that it will be free of AI-generated artifacts, glitches, timing issues, or third-party provider imperfections.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free output. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the relevant period giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or create material legal, security, or infrastructure risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms should be completed with the governing law and jurisdiction applicable to Clipflow before launch.
