Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which types we may use on ClipFlow, and how users can control non-essential cookies.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies may include local storage, pixels, and identifiers used to remember settings or measure product usage.

2. Types of cookies we may use

Strictly necessary cookies are used to keep the website secure, maintain sessions, operate login and checkout flows, prevent abuse, and remember essential security state. Optional cookies may be used for analytics, performance measurement, and product improvements.

At a high level, we treat cookies and similar technologies in these categories:

A. Necessary: required for login, fraud prevention, payment flow integrity, session continuity, and core product delivery.

B. Preferences: used to remember non-essential settings if we introduce them later.

C. Analytics: optional tools that help us understand usage patterns and improve performance.

3. Consent

We do not rely on consent for strictly necessary cookies. Where optional analytics or similar technologies are used, we aim to request consent before storing or reading them, in line with applicable European rules.

Your cookie preference is stored locally in your browser with a consent version and timestamp so the banner does not reappear on every visit.

4. Managing preferences

You can control cookies through the banner presented on the site and through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect login, payments, fraud checks, and video generation flows.

If we later introduce a dedicated cookie settings center in account preferences, this policy will be updated accordingly.

5. Third-party services

Some cookies or similar technologies may be set by third-party providers integrated into the service, such as payment, authentication, hosting, security, or analytics services. Their own privacy and cookie notices may also apply.

Examples may include authentication providers, payment processors, bot protection tools, infrastructure providers, and analytics providers where enabled.

6. Retention and records

Cookie data stored in your browser remains subject to your own browser settings, device cleanup, and expiration periods defined by the relevant provider. We currently store cookie consent locally in the browser rather than in the profile database.
