Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted for subscriptions, credit packs, and generated services purchased through ClipFlow.

1. General rule

ClipFlow provides digital services that trigger paid infrastructure, AI inference, rendering, storage, and third-party API costs as soon as generation begins. For that reason, purchases are generally non-refundable once a generation request has been submitted or credits have been consumed.

2. When we may grant a refund

We may issue a refund or credit adjustment only in limited cases, including:

A. Duplicate billing caused by our payment or billing system.

B. A generation failure caused by our platform where no usable output was delivered and credits were not automatically restored.

C. A material service outage or technical defect clearly attributable to ClipFlow.

D. A refund is required by applicable consumer law.

3. When refunds are not granted

Refunds are not granted for change of mind, dissatisfaction with creative style, incorrect prompts, low-performing content, unsupported expectations, partial generations caused by user input issues, or jobs already started after you clicked Generate.

4. Credits and subscriptions

Unused credit packs may still be reviewed case by case where required by law or where a clear billing error occurred. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once access has been provided, except where required by law.
